Police At Northeast State Community College Are Investigating A Report Of Unwanted Physical Contact On Campus. The Report Was Filed Against A Student At The Basler Library On The Blountville Campus. The Suspect Was Not Located But Is Described As A Black Male Around 30 Years Old, 6-Feet Tall With An Average Build. The Incident Remains Under Investigation.
