Weather For Halloween Is Looking Wet Which Has Prompted Johnson City Officials To Plan An Indoor Event For Families To Enjoy. The Event Will Be Held Inside Memorial Park Community Center Halloween Night Between 4pm And 7pm. Candy Will Be Handed Out And Kids Are Encouraged To Wear Costumes.
