Kingsport Police Continue To Investigate A Shooting That Left One Person Seriously Injured. It Happened Last Night At An Apartment Complex Off New Beason Well Road. The 23 Year Old Victim Is In Critical Condition. Police Said The Shooting Is Believed To Have Occurred During Some Sort Of Transaction, Either Inside Or Directly Adjacent To The Injured Individual’s Vehicle In The Parking Lot Of The Complex. No More Details Are Being Released At This Time.
