Regional Development Programs In East Tennessee And Southwest Virginia Are Receiving Just Over 44-Million Dollars In Grant Funding. The Appalachian Regional Commission Is Providing The Funding. Recipients Include, Northeast State Community College, East Tennessee State University, The Virginia Workforce Development Board, Southwest Virginia Community College, The Lenowisco Planning District Commission And Appalachian Voices.
