Matthew Phillips Is Facing Aggravated Robbery And Kidnapping Charges As Well As Attempted First Degree Murder. Authorities Said The Shooting At The Marriott Hotel Earlier This Year Was The Result Of A Drug Deal Gone Bad. A Judge Dismissed Charges Against Brittany Stafford For Lack Of Evidence. Bristol And Phillips Will Be Arraigned In Criminal Court On November 8th.
