An Elizabethton Man Was Arrested After The Driver Of The Vehicle He Was Riding In Was Stopped For Using A Cell Phone. While One Officer Spoke To The Driver Another Ask The Passenger For Identification. Adrean Clark Was Found To Have Two Warrants In The County. When Officers Ask Him To Get Out Of The Car He Allegedly Dropped A Plastic Bag Containing A Green Leafy Substance. Clark Was Then Arrested And While Being Searched Police Found A Baggie Filled With Over 7 Grams Of Methamphetamine. Clark Is Charged With Several Charges Including Possession Of Methamphetamine, And Possession Of A Firearm During Attempt To Commit A Dangerous Felony.
