A Lawsuit Has Been Filed In U.S. District Court In Greeneville By Over 30 Hospitals In Tennessee And Virginia Against Purdue Pharma, Johnson And Johnson And More Than 40 Other Companies Concerning The Manufacture, Distribution And Sale Of Prescription Opioids. This Comes After Two Decades Of These Hospitals Providing Front Line Care To The Community In Response To This Crisis. Its Unclear As To When The Lawsuit Will Be Heard In Federal Court.
