Two Elizabethton Police Officers Involved In A Shooting Which Killed A Man Will Not Face Any Charges. According To The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation 33 Year Old Jeffery Gibble Fired At The Officers Before They Returned Fire And Struck The Suspect. Gibble Was Pronounced Dead At The Hospital, No Officers Were Hurt. Chief Jason Shaw Said After Reviewing The Tbi Case File There Was No Evidence To Warrant Any Criminal Activity On The Part Of The Officers Involved.
