A Man Involved In A Road Rage Incident In Carter County Appeared In Court Monday. 35 Year Old Michael Richardson Is Charged With Multiple Charges Including Dui, And Reckless Endangerment. Richardson Allegedly Rammed A Vehicle, Then Crashed His Own Car Into A Tree Where It Caught Fire. Good Samaritans Helped Richardson Who Was Taken To The Johnson City Medical Center For His Injuries. The Person In The Other Vehicle Was Treated For Minor Injuries.
