A Greeneville Man Convicted Last Year Of Facilitation Of First Degree Murder In The Deaths Of Two Young Girls Has Been Denied A New Trial. A Jury Also Found Erik Jones Jr. Guilty Of Two Counts Of Aggravated Child Neglect In The 2014 Deaths Of 14 Month Old Kynsleigh Easterly And Two Month Old Trinity Tweed. An Autopsy Determined The Deaths Of Both Girls Was Separation Of The Spinal Cord Due To Blunt Force Trauma. Jones Is Serving A 50 Year Prison Sentence. Judge John Dugger Jr. Said That Jones’ Attorney Can File An Appeal Within 30 Days.
