A Washington County Tennessee Judge Has Sentenced The Man Found Guilty Of Disrupting A Black Lives Matter Event At ETSU. Tristan Rettke Is Sentenced To Judicial Diversion And 500 Dollars In Fines Plus Court Cost After Being Found Guilty Of Disrupting An Organized Event Where He Dressed Up As A Gorilla. He Was Acquitted Of Four Other Charges Including Civil Rights Intimidation. Rettke Will Be Back In Court On March 17th 2020, If He Fulfills The Requirements Of The Judicial Diversion His Record Will Then Be Expunged.
