The Bristol Virginia City Council Has Decided To Go In A Different Direction Concerning Upgrades To Three Elementary Schools . City Leaders Plan To Hire Additional Maintenance Workers To Perform The Upgrades To Highland View, Stonewall Jackson And Washington-Lee Schools. A Lone Bid To Have The Work Done By An Outside Firm Came In Twice As High As The Council Have Previously Allocated. The Projects For The Three Schools Focuses On Adding Vestibules To Improve Safety And A Set Of Americans With Disabilities Act Compliant Bathrooms For Accessibility.
