Brittany Thompson And Sandra Vermillion Are Facing Manufacturing, Delivering And Selling Drugs As Well As Being In Possession Of A Firearm During A Dangerous Felony. The Two Were Arrested At The Travel Inn On Lynn Garden Drive In Kingsport. Drugs, Paraphernalia And A Gun Were Located In The Room. Both Women Are Being Held On Bond.
