He Claimed To Have Planned To Complete The Work But Got Overwhelmed. He’s Also Charged With Similar Counts In Lee County. Wise County Commonwealth Attorney Chuck Slemp Said Miller Was An Unlicensed Builder And Allegedly Committed Fraud Over A Ten Year Period. Between Both Counties, Miller Will Serve A Total Of Seven Years In Prison.
