A Half-A-Million Dollar Grant Will Provide Funding For A Large Scale Solar Project In Wise County Virginia. This Is The First Project Of This Type In Southwest Virginia. It Will Reportedly Generate Over Three Megawatts Of Clean Energy For The Mineral Gap Data Center. The Grant Will Be Used For Preparation Of The Site, Which Is Next To The Data Center In The Lonesome Pine Regional Business And Technology Park In Wise. Sun Tribe Solar Will Be Installing The Solar System.
