Two Men Wanted On Outstanding Warrants In Carter County Were Arrested In Kingsport On Tuesday Night. 20 Year Old Shyne Harmon And 25 Year Old Christopher Harmon Are Facing Two Counts Each Of Kidnapping, One Count Aggravated Assault And One Count Robbery With A Firearm. They Will Appear In Court This Morning.
