A Washington County Tennessee Grand Jury Has Indicted A Kingsport Man For His Part In A Fatal Crash. 29 Year Old William Lawson Is Charged With Vehicular Homicide By Intoxication, Reckless Endangerment, Possession Of Drugs And Simple Assault. The Charges Stem From A Deadly Crash On Interstate 26 On March 4th. Lawson Was Allegedly Driving A Ford Pickup When He Rear Ended A Honda Civic Driven By Raymond Cox. Cox Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene. Lawson Is Free On Bond With His Next Court Date Set For July 31st.
