Hamm Was Arrested For Dui Just Four Days Prior To Driving Drunk Again And Striking Mike Locke With His Vehicle On Fort Henry Drive While Locke Was Putting Up Campaign Signs For Representative Bud Hulsey. Hamm Was Denied Parole In 2017. He Will Once Again Go Before The Board Of Parole On August 6th In Johnson City.
