A Verdict Has Been Reached In The Case Of A Former ETSU Student Who Went To A Black Lives Matter Rally Wearing A Gorilla Mask. The Jury Found Tristan Rettke Guilty On One Count Of Disrupting A Meeting, Not Guilty On Two Counts Of Civil Rights Intimidation And Not Guilty On Two Counts Disorderly Conduct. A Fine 500 Dollars Was Also Recommended By The Jury. Rettke Is Scheduled Back In Court For Sentencing September 14th.
