A Johnson County Grand Jury Has Indicted Two Former Employees Of Northeast Correctional Complex On Charges Of Official Misconduct And Tampering With Evidence. Correctional Captain Ronnie Henson And Former Associate Warden Freddie Roark Are Both Charged After A Multi Jurisdictional Investigation At The Local, State, And Federal Levels. Henson Was Indicted On Two Counts And Roark On One Count. The Tennessee Department Of Corrections Says Roark Was Fired In April For Job Abandonment And Henson Has Been Placed On Administrative Leave Pending Termination.
