Elizabethton Leaders Have Voted To Start Sending Garbage To The Transfer Station In The Carter County Landfill. Up Until This Point, The City Had Been Using The Iris Glen Landfill In Johnson City. The New Contract Will Last Five Years With An Option For Five More Years.
