St. Paul Virginia Police Are Continuing To Search For A Man Who Abducted A Woman And Then Fled From Officers. Police Say 35 Year Old Billy Jones Of Coeburn Remains On The Loose. Officers Were Attempting To Stop Jones When He Bailed Out And Got Away On Foot. Anyone Who Knows Jones’ Whereabouts, Should Call 911.
