HE WAS SHOT IN THE ABDOMEN AND HAND WHEN HE PULLED OVER THE TRIO FRIDAY. STINSON ALSO FACES A CHARGE OF USING A FIREARM IN THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY. MEANWHILE, 32 YEAR OLD TRACY STINSON COXTON WAS ALSO IN THE VEHICLE AND IS BEING HELD ON A PROBATION VIOLATION CHARGE. SHE’S NOT BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE ROBBERIES OR SHOOTING LAST WEEK. AUTHORITIES DID RECOVER A WEAPON FROM THE VEHICLE. STINSON AND KINDER ARE BEING HELD WITHOUT BOND IN THE REGIONAL JAIL IN ABINGDON. MORE CHARGES ARE PENDING AGAINST ALL FOUR INDIVIDUALS.
