Fiscal 2020 Will Be The Fourth Straight Year The Arc Has Named The County As Being Distressed. Also,Wise, Buchanan And Lee Counties Are Also Listed As Distressed. The Rankings Include 420 Counties That Are Part Of The Arc Network.
