The Tennessee Supreme Court Has Censured Hawkins County Juvenile Court Judge Daniel Boyd. He’s Alleged To Have Lied To Clients Regarding The Status Of A Property Dispute Case In His Private Law Practice In 2017. Boyd’s Law License Is Currently On Probation After It Was Suspended For 120 Days Last Year After Boyd Admitted To Dishonesty In His Private Practice In A Separate Incident. A Public Censure Is A Rebuke And A Warning To Boyd And Doesn’t Affect His Ability To Practice Law.
