The Annual Tri Cities 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Will Honor Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Steve Hinkle, With A Challenge Coin Given To The First 343 Climbers To Register. The Coins Will Also Be Available For Sale At The Event. The Stair Climb Will Take Place At The Holston Valley Medical Center Parking Garage September 7th.
