The Washington County Virginia Sheriff’s Office Reports After An 18 Month Investigation Three People Have Been Arrested After Allegedly Stealing 24 Thousand Dollars Worth Of Tools And Jewelry From A Meadowview Home. Kimberly Powers, Jessie Wyatt, And Wayne Allen Smith Have All Been Charged With Felony Breaking And Entering, Felony Grand Larceny, And Several Other Charges. All Three Are Being Held In Jail And Are Awaiting Arraignment.
