A Man Convicted Of Killing A Bristol Tennessee Police Officer In 2004 Will Have His Motion For A New Trial Continued Until Next Month. 40 Year Old Nikolaus Johnson Was Convicted Of Premeditated First-Degree Murder In The November 2004 Shooting Death Of Officer Mark Vance. Johnson Had Received A Stay Of Execution And His Appeal Has Been Remanded Back To Sullivan County. The Hearing Is Set To Continue On July 15Th.
