Kingsport Police Are Continuing To Search For A Man Considered Armed And Dangerous Who Was Allegedly Involved In A Shooting At A City Hotel Over The Weekend. The Drug Related Incident Occurred Saturday Night At Meadowview Conference Resort And Convention Center. Matthew Phillips Is Charged With Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery And Kidnapping. Police Have Also Arrested Deonte Bristol And Charged Him With Accessory To Attempted Murder, Aggravated Robbery And Kidnapping. Brittany Stafford Is Charged With Accessory After The Fact To Attempted Second Degree Murder. They Will Be Arraigned This Morning In General Sessions Court.
