Tennesseans Who Normally Use Their Phones While Driving Will Get A Hefty Ticket Starting Next Month. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drivers Will Not Be Allowed To Hold A Cell Phone While Driving And Are Encouraged To Use Bluetooth Devices. Troopers Will Be Looking For Anyone Not Following The New Law Which Starts July 1st. Violators Could Face A 100 Dollar Fine Or A 200 Dollar Fine If A Crash Is Involved.
