The Sullivan County Animal Shelter In Blountville Is Closed To The Public Until Monday Due To Another Outbreak Of The Parvo Virus. The Facility Has Shut Its Doors And Halted Intakes After Two Dogs Tested Positive. The Shelter Was Going To Reopen Tuesday, But Two More Dogs Tested Positive, So The Closing Was Extended. Three Dogs Have Died And One Was Euthanized. Please Vaccinate Your Dogs.
