A Second Person Accused In The Starvation Death Of A Nine Month Dog At A Washington County Tennessee Animal Training Facility, Has Turned Himself In. Andrew Hunigan Is Charged With Aggravated Cruelty To Animals, Which Is A Felony In Tennessee. He Was A Trainer At Off Leash K9 Training Tri Cities. The Owner, Randi Laferney, Turned Herself In This Week And Faces The Same Charges. They Are Accused In The Starvation Death Of A Miniature Bull Terrier That Died In The Company’s Custody. A Necropsy Determined The Cause Of Death Was Starvation. Hunigan And Laferney Will Both Be In Court This Afternoon.
