According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, 37 Year Old Jeffrey Jeliff Was Driving A Truck And Lost Control, Hitting A Tree. They Say He Then Got Out Of The Vehicle And Ran Into Oncoming Traffic, Where He Was Struck And Killed By Another Vehicle. That Vehicle Then Crashed Into An Suv. Those Drivers Were Not Injured.
