This Tuesday Evening From 6pm Until 8PM There Will Be A Substance Abuse Town Hall Event For The Public At The Kingsport Higher Education Center Auditorium. The Event Is Designed To Encourage Better Communication Between Parents And Children On The Subject Of Drugs And Alcohol.
