A Carter County Man Is In Jail After He Admitted To Killing Four Dogs, He Had Stolen, Dumping The Bodies Then Returning To The Victim’s Home Posing As A Police Officer, And Taking Three Of Her Guns. 26 Year Old Garrett Birchfield Is Charged With Theft Over A Thousand Dollars, Intentional Killing Of An Animal, And Several Other Charges. He Is Being Held In The Carter County Jail On A 49 Thousand Dollars Bond.
