A Jonesborough Man Accused In The Traffic Death Of A 34 Year Old Erwin Woman Is Facing Vehicular Homicide Charges. Anthony Overstreet Was Allegedly Driving At A High Rate Of Speed On North Main, When He Lost Control, Went Airborne, Traveled About 50 Feet, Striking A Guy Wire And Several Sign Posts. A Passenger In His Vehicle, Elizabeth Inez Lopez-Jones Was Killed. Overstreet Is Also Charged With Two Counts Of Felony Reckless Endangerment And Several Traffic Violations. His Bond Is Set At 100-Thousand And His Next Court Day Is April 24th.
