Bristol Virginia’s New Animal Shelter Is Now Open. It’s Located On Shakesville Road And Has 14 Dog Kennels, 16 Cat Cages And Six Isolation Areas. The Facility Is Being Described As A Low Kill Shelter. There Are Also Plans In The Works To Operate A Pet Food Pantry For People In Need Of Pet Food.
