The Public Information Officer For The Kingsport Fire Department Has Been Named The 2019 Fire And Life Safety Educator Of The Year By The National Fire Protection Association. Barry Brickey Was Selected For The Award Due To His Many Accomplishments Over The Years Including His Work With Elementary Schools And Being The Voice Of Sparky The Fire Dog.
