A Buchanan County Crash Has Left One Man Dead. 49 Year Old Rageus Charles Crossed The Center Line On Route 83 And Struck 61 Year Old James Mullins Of Paynesville West Virginia Head On. Mullins Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene. Charles Was Taken To The Hospital For Treatment Of Serious Injuries. Charles Is Charged With Driving Under The Influence Of Drugs.
