Harry Weaver Was Granted A 250 Thousand Dollars Bond At His Arraignment. He Is Charged With The First Degree Murder Of His Wife Kelly Weaver At A Dentist Office In Colonial Heights, The Filing Request The Court To Consider The Restraining Order Kelly Weaver Had Out Against Her Husband And That Weaver Had A Reputation For Violence Against Members Of His Family Who Voiced Concern For Their Safety. The Plan For Bond Increase Will Be Formally Presented To The A Judge At Weaver’s Next Hearing On March 7th.
