Site Plans Have Been Submitted To The City For A Complex With 137 Apartments And Self Storage Units Along Stafford Street Near Blountville Highway. The Developers Are The Same Ones Behind The Villas At Lavinder Lane And The Villas At Island Road. Ground Is Expected To Be Broken At The New Site Sometime In April.
