The U.S. Department Of Labor Has Ordered A Bristol Tennessee Contractor To Pay Over 195-Thousand Dollars In Back Wages And Fringe Benefits To More Than Two Dozen Employees. Frizzell Construction Company Incorporated Incorrectly Classified Employees And Paid Them At Rates Lower Than They Were Suppose To Have Received. The Investigation Also Found The Company Failed To Adequately Pay Employees Who Worked Multiple Positions. 27 Workers Were Affected.
