A Greene County Grand Jury Has Indicted A Man Accused Of Shooting And Killing Another Man. 30 Year Old Justin Wills Is Charged With Second-Degree Murder And Aggravated Assault In The Shooting Death Of Joseph Parlier. The Two Men Had Been Drinking With A Friend At An Apartment On East Maple Street February 6thWhen They Began Toying Around With A Gun That Was Supposed To Have Been Cleared Of Ammunition. Wills Allegedly Pointed The Gun At Parlier And Shot Him. Parlier Died From His Injuries. Wills Is Being Held On 75-Thousand Dollars Bond And Is Set To Appear In Court May 20th.
