A New Education Foundation In Kingsport Is Being Established To Offer Teacher Innovation Grants. The Structure And Framework Is Being Pieced Together And Includes Plans For A Website And Social Media Presence. Teachers Will Be Able To Apply For The Enrichment Grant Funding Starting This Spring.
