East Tennessee State University Will Be Conducting Test Of It’s Mass Emergency Notification System Tomorrow Morning At 9:35 Am. Five Sirens Across The College And VA Campus Will Sound. Emergency Text Messages And Emails Will Also Be Sent Out, Along With A Test Alert Message On The College’s Website. No Action From Students Or Employees Will Be Required.
