Two Men Wanted In A Double Murder In Kingsport Have Been Arrested Kentucky. 19 Year Old Joseph Dale Clark Ii And 22 Year Old Alexander Hamilton Are Being Held In Adair County. They’re Charged In The Shooting Deaths Of 30 Year Old Trevor Reed And 27 Year Shyane Bishop At Stonecrest Apartments Monday Night. The Motive For The Crime Has Been Been Released As The Investigation Continues. Both Suspects Are Awaiting Extradition Back To Tennessee.
