The Carter County Sheriff’s Department Has Released The Name Of The Boy Who Drowned In A Pond On Blue Grass Road. 10 Year Old Daius Young Was Found Unresponsive In The Frozen Pond, He Was Resuscitated With CPR, But Later Died At The Hospital. The Boy’s Mother Said He Had Been Playing Outside With His Brother When He Fell Into The Pond And Could Not Get Out.
