More Upgrades Are On The Way To Bays Mountain Park In Kingsport. This Spring, The Park Will Be Connected To The City’s Sewer System And 75 Additional Parking Spaces Will Be Added Near The Nature Center. Work On Both Projects Are Expected To Be Completed By April.
