The Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office Is Continuing To Investigate A Homicide That Occurred Following An Altercation. It Happened Wednesday Night At A Home On Cash Hollow Road. Investigators Have Recovered A Vehicle Of Interest. Sheriff Ed Graybeal Said A Female Was Injured In The Incident And Remains In An Area Hospital. No Suspect Has Been Developed At This Time. The Tbi Is Assisting In The Investigation.
