Logan Parsons Was Taken Into Custody Last Night Following A Brief Standoff At Choo Choo Trailer Park Off Carters Valley Road. Parsons Was Wanted For Robbing Highlands Community Pharmacy In Abingdon, Back In December. Parsons Is Also Wanted In Sullivan County For Aggravated Assault. He Remains In The Sullivan County Detention Center.
